Aug 17, 2026 Job Description Richmond Elementary School is seeking a dynamic, inclusive Student Life Coordinator to champion our students' social, emotional, and academic well-being. If you are a strengths-based educator dedicated to equity and restorative practices, we want you on our team! Core Responsibilities
Student Support:
Oversee the daily operations of the Student Support Center and provide direct intervention during behavioral incidents.
Case Management:
Design and monitor student support plans; serve as case manager for academic/behavioral 504 plans.
Instruction & Leadership:
Deliver Social Cognition instruction to student groups and facilitate the Behavioral Support Team.
Data & Collaboration:
Manage data systems (CIRS, SWIS), attend IEP meetings, and assist with state testing coordination. The Ideal Candidate Holds a Bachelor's Degree and a valid professional license (BCBA, BCaBA, Special Education, or Elementary Education). 3+ years of experience preferred. Is fluent in PBIS, Responsive Classroom, and/or Restorative Practices. Excels at building strong partnerships with families and collaborating with colleagues.
