Immediately Job Description Student Services Administrative Assistant Under the supervision of the High School Principal and in collaboration with the Counseling and Health Services Departments, the Student Services Administrative Assistant provides administrative, clerical, and student support services to promote student academic success, career and college readiness, and student health and wellness. Responsibilities include assisting students, staff, and families; managing student scheduling, records, transcripts, grade reporting, honor roll, scholarships, and special events; coordinating college visits, dual enrollment, testing, and student communications; maintaining department websites and records; and supporting school counseling initiatives. In the Health Services Department, responsibilities include assisting students with basic health needs, medication administration, recordkeeping, parent communication, health monitoring, and supporting the school nurse in maintaining a safe and healthy school environment. Performs other duties as assigned.
