Assigned:

Assist school administrators and office staff with tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and answering phones. Help organize and distribute school communications, newsletters, and other materials as needed. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by school administrators, department supervisors, teachers, or staff members. Adapt to changing needs and priorities within the school environment to provide effective support.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment as a student at Pearsall ISD. 16 years of age or older. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, directors, administrators, teachers, staff, and fellow students. Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software and educational technology preferred. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Respect for confidentiality and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
