Our busy school (300+ students) and incredible crew make for a warm and inviting community that's fun and totally rocks! Weekday hours are 1:00 to 8:45 pm, and Saturday hours are 9:45 am to 6:15 pm. The Studio/Social Media Coordinator is an administrative focal point for our school with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to juggle many tasks in a fast-paced social environment . Reporting to the General Manager and Studio Manager, they assist with running the School and creating an amazing experience for all students, parents, and prospective customers. In addition, they are responsible for scheduling and keeping our school looking and feeling great. School of Rock San Rafael has become established as Marin's premier music school, and we have a thriving, positive community of staff, parents, and students.

Primary Duties:

Handle complex scheduling for a busy music school while multitasking at the front desk Schedule and lead tours for prospective students and parents Greet and look after students

• is the face of the school at the front desk Handle the opening and closing of the school Answers phones and field inquiries; explains our music programs and options Works on special projects and other administrative tasks as needed Adheres to the SOR Code of Conduct, safety policies, including the Monitoring and Supervision policy.

Skill Requirements:

One+ years working Front Desk, Reception, and/or Customer Service role Highly detailed multi-tasking in an often interrupted environment; the ability to step away from a task, take care of a client, and resume the task is your Superpower!
