As a key sales and service ambassador, you will be responsible for connecting with potential members, delivering the StretchLab story and offerings, and creating memorable experiences that inspire loyalty. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help grow our vibrant community! This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your sales and service expertise in a customer-facing boutique fitness environment. Our members love our community and that starts with their experience at the front desk. 15-25 hours in Greenbrae (_ Saturday 9-2 shift required _) Must have great communication, positive energy and sales skills Capable of managing a busy front desk and multi-tasking Must currently live locally (within 15 miles of location) Connect with us on social @stretchlabgreenbrae and @stretchlabnovato or learn more at stretchlab.com. Required Skill Set Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills are key Previous sales/service experience strongly preferred Ability to build strong customer relationships Warm, energetic and engaging personality Goal-oriented with an ability to meet or exceed sales quota Self-motivated and takes initiative Proficient computer skills; ability to learn and use ClubReady software Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must!

Compensation and Benefits :

Job Responsibilities:

Present available services to current and prospective members Handle entire sales process from lead management through closing Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients Manage daily schedule with bookings, changes and cancellations Become proficient in Club Ready software Participate in promotional events as needed Help manage engaging and relevant social media presence Keep all areas of the studio clean, organized and tidy About Stretchlab StretchLab offers one-on-one assisted stretching for any age, any body type and any fitness level.
