Overview Serenity Knolls, situated in the San Geronimo Valley just 10 minutes west of Fairfax, currently has an opening for an Full Time NOC Behavioral Health Associate to join our team. Our facility has a total capacity of 42 beds, accommodating individuals aged 18 and older, including 6 beds designated for detoxification services. Serenity Knolls operates as a 12-step based, social model residential treatment center, which uniquely combines the traditional social model of care with contemporary cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and evidence-based practices. Rate of pay is : $25

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Provide treatment and support to assist patients in their recovery from substance use, eating disorders or other behavioral problems. Responsibilities Job Responsibility The Case Manager acts as a liaison for patients with the referral network. The Case Manager assists patients in agreement with their counselor, to seek social, vocational and rehabilitative services on an as needed basis. Directs residents in a clear, concise, and informative manner Contributes to the Comprehensive Treatment Plan through participation in treatment planning meetings and process Ability to self-motivate and possess strong time-management and organizational skills while managing a high volume of client interactions. Completes any necessary client centered paperwork in a timely manner. Demonstrates good moral character and even temperament necessary to gain and maintain credibility and trust of persons being served, peers, and management staff. Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or in a human service related field
• Treatment planning, clinical documentation, behavioral health, substance abuse, case management experience is preferred.

Hours:

Tues-Saturday or Sunday

• Thurs 8:30am
• 5:30pm or 9:00am
• 5:30pm
