Job Description

The Inpatient Substance Use Counselor delivers direct clinical services in a residential treatment setting, assisting patients with stabilization and participating in structured therapeutic programming. This role prioritizes culturally responsive care, trauma-informed practices, and a respect for Tribal values and traditions. The Counselor collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment, promote wellness, and support long-term recovery for individuals affected by substance use. SanPoil Treatment Center is a 46 bed, inpatient treatment center in Keller Washington. We live above the SanPoil River, tucked in the mountains of the SanPoil Valley on the Colville Reservation. Pay:
$28.33 - $34.50 per hour
