Sugarloaf Mountain Bike Instructor

Overview Sugarloaf is currently looking for a rider who lives for the trail and loves to share their passion with others - from first timers to guests ready to push into technical terrain. As a Sugarloaf Mountain Bike Coach and Instructor, you will coach, guide, inspire, and keep the wheels and good vibes rolling all season long. Responsibilities In this role you will: Lead group and private bike lessons tailored to each guest's skill level Demonstrate and clearly communicate proper mountain biking techniques Champion trail safety, biker responsibility, and resort policies on every run Assist with bike shop rentals, returns, and basic maintenance Be the friendly, knowledgeable face guests remember long after they leave Pitch in on safety meetings, trail upkeep, and equipment care Qualifications What we're looking for: Energetic, guest-first attitude Intermediate or above riding ability Ability to adapt teaching to any skill level Strong verbal communication skills Valid driver's license preferred, must be at least 18 years old Experience with bike fitting or rental and coaching certification preferred
