Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation procedures. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar and dining areas for service, events, or banquets, including catering functions. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience in both nightclub and fine dining environments. Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, banquet settings, or nightclubs. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while understanding alcohol laws and food safety standards. Knowledge of retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures are essential for accurate transactions. Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Prior experience with catering or banquet service is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various hospitality settings.
