PAY RATE

$12.00/hour The Summer Branch Camp Group Leader is responsible for leading and supervising a group of campers, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging camp experience. This role involves planning and facilitating activities, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring the well-being of all participants. Supervise and mentor a designated group of campers. Lead daily camp activities, including games, sports, arts and crafts, and educational sessions. Encourage participation and enthusiasm among campers. Monitor camper behavior and ensure adherence to camp rules. Respond to conflicts or behavioral issues with positive reinforcement and appropriate discipline. Work closely with fellow camp staff to coordinate activities and schedules. Maintain a professional and positive attitude with staff, campers, and parents. Perks of working at the Y!
