Summer Camp Coordinator

Code Ninjas Trumbull and Fairfield are looking for energetic and passionate Summer Camp Coordinators to help lead week-long camps focused on coding, 3D printing, robotics, and other STEAM activities. Join our fun, supportive, and energetic team as we create an engaging summer experience for kids ages 5-14! This role includes teaching and engaging campers throughout the day, working closely with instructors and the center owner to deliver high-quality programming, and helping promote additional Code Ninjas programs to parents. All required training will be provided. We are hiring for TWO separate positions:

Job Type:

Part-Time (Seasonal Summer Position) At Code Ninjas, you do not need to be a coder — but you must love working with kids! Ideal candidates may have experience as a camp counselor, teacher, tutor, coach, or in another child-focused role. You'll help create a fun, positive camp culture while supporting our team of talented "Senseis" (instructors), many of whom are college students passionate about STEM education.

Responsibilities Include:

Teach and engage campers in fun, hands-on STEM activities Prepare for daily camper drop-off and pick-up Monitor camper engagement and ensure a positive experience Communicate updates and feedback to parents Collaborate with instructors to deliver engaging STEM activities Adapt activities and lesson plans to meet camper needs Lead end-of-camp presentations and celebrations Keep the center clean, organized, and stocked with supplies Respond to parent inquiries and assist with camp materials Help promote camps and other Code Ninjas programs to families This position is perfect for someone who is organized, energetic, outgoing, and passionate about education, STEM, and creating memorable experiences for kids.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 30-39 hours per week 8:00 AM - 4:00
