Summer Camp Counselor

Position Summary:

Day Camp Counselor Future Stars Day Camp Counselors are responsible for the daily supervision of campers while promoting safety, teamwork, and positive participation in all camp activities. Counselors actively engage with campers, support their development, and help create a memorable camp experience. Essential Responsibilities Supervise camper groups with close attention to behavior management, health, safety, and security Build positive relationships and support the well-being of campers of all ages Actively participate in and help lead camp activities and projects Serve as a positive role model at all times Work collaboratively with co-counselors and camp leadership to support daily operations Schedule & Duration Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Full-time summer position Optional AM and PM extended hours available for additional pay Benefits Full-time summer employment Additional pay for extended hours (optional) Generous staff referral bonus program Fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
