We're looking for gospel-minded men and women (18+) to join our Skylark family this summer! You'll serve kids, build deep community, grow through discipleship, and have an unforgettable summer. What You'll Do:

Lead and care for your campers—cheering them on, supporting them physically and emotionally, and helping them grow spiritually throughout the week Guide your crew through the daily rhythm of camp—from drop-off hype to rallies, rotations, outdoor play, and pickup high-fives Bring the energy during program activities while helping create a fun, safe, and consistent environment Jump in with setup and tear-down each day Teach activity classes with clarity, creativity, and strong safety practices Prioritize health and safety, reporting injuries, illnesses, or concerns immediately Use loving, consistent discipline and proper reporting channels Communicate camper wins, challenges, moods, and moments with leadership Support your Camp Director and the overall ministry of

Skylark What We're Looking For:

Maturity and strong follow-through A jump-in, team-first mindset High energy and enthusiasm for fast-paced camp days Relationship-building skills and Christ-centered leadership A Christ-like attitude and example Attendance at Summer Staff Orientation and Training Week Commitment of at least 5 weeks of summer service Reliable transportation Availability Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day (7:15-4:00 or 8:45-5:30) Physical ability to participate in active indoor and outdoor camp activities Apply at Apply here
