Spend your summer outdoors instead of indoors working with kids at Young People's Day Camp. We are hiring Summer Camp Counselors to help supervise campers and lead activities in an outdoor day camp setting. Our camp serves children ages 4-14 and takes place in Goffle Brook Park in Hawthorne, NJ. Counselors help create a safe, supportive, and exciting environment where campers can build friendships, confidence, and independence. Responsibilities Supervise and interact with campers throughout the camp day Help lead activities including sports, outdoor games, arts & crafts, and team challenges Support campers during swim days and field trips Encourage teamwork, kindness, and positive behavior Ensure camper safety at all times Work collaboratively with other counselors and camp leadership Qualifications Must be 16 years or older Responsible and dependable Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Enjoy working with children Ability to be active and outdoors throughout the day Why Work at Camp?
