Located in the town of Sherborn, MA, we provide year-round programs such as riding lessons for all ages, seasonal programs, and interactive farm tours and events. Our hands-on activities inspire curiosity, confidence, and compassion while teaching valuable life skills. Additionally, Sweet Meadow operates a farm stand and feed business, supplying high-quality hay and animal food to local farms and pet owners. Role Description The Day Camp Counselor position is a full-time, seasonal, on-site role based in Sherborn, MA. Counselors will lead and supervise campers in various farm-related activities such as animal care, horseback riding, arts and crafts, and outdoor games. Daily responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of campers, fostering a positive and engaging environment, and guiding children in learning about animals, teamwork, and nature! Additional hours for weekends, and year-round part time work are available for the right candidate. Qualifications Experience in youth development, childcare, or related fields, with a passion for working with children of various ages. Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and interact with campers and their families. Ability to manage group activities while ensuring safety and fostering a positive environment. Prior experience in agriculture, animal care, or equestrian activities is a plus, but not required
