• We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors at an outdoor Summer Day Camp.

As a Camp Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while creating memorable experiences in a fun and safe environment. This is a rewarding position that allows you to utilize your skills and passion for working with children. We are hiring counselors and Life Guards. Life Guards receive a pay differential. ```

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times
• Plan, organize, and lead age-appropriate activities and games
• Assist with meal times, ensuring campers are well-fed and hydrated
• Provide guidance and support to campers during daily activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all campers
• Assist other counselors with Swimming, Horses and Arts and Crafts.
• Collaborate with other counselors to create engaging and educational programs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of camp facilities
• Provide basic First Aid and incident log ```

Skills:

• Experience working with students or children in a daycare, classroom, or tutoring setting
• Ability to educate and engage campers in various activities
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain order and discipline
• Knowledge or experience in sports coaching or theater is a plus
