Are you ready to lead an action-packed summer of ninja fun? Ninja Mania is looking for an energetic, organized, and passionate Summer Camp Director to oversee our 7-week Ninja Summer Camp! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, loves working with kids, and can motivate a team while keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Plan & Manage Staff Schedules Create and oversee the weekly staff schedule for all camp groups and daily camp extension while following provided staff ratios Ensuring proper coverage. Adjust staffing as needed based on enrollment numbers each week. Lesson Planning & Execution Develop and document age-appropriate lesson plans for all camp groups, following our structured format. Incorporate ninja courses, relays, floor games, themed activities, and more to keep campers engaged. Ensure lesson plans are fun, adaptable, and scalable for all ages & abilities. Purchase necessary camp supplies within the provided budget. Communicate plans to staff in advance to ensure seamless execution. Be the Floor Leader Ensure staff is on time, in uniform, and aligned with Ninja Mania's mission. Oversee check-in & check-out procedures with front desk support. Set the tone for an amazing gym culture—lead by example! Maintain a safe and structured environment—monitor students and equipment. Implement and enforce gym-wide safety rules Step in to assist or cover a group when needed. Handle injuries, parent concerns, and incident reports professionally. Ensure all staff complete daily responsibilities, chores, and closing procedures. Capture the Fun! Assist with photo & video documentation of camp activities

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with kids in a camp, sports, or education setting. Strong leadership & organizational skills—able to manage staff and schedules effectively. Ability to adapt and think on your feet in a dynamic environment. Background in ninja warrior, gymnastics, parkour, or fitness is a plus! CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
