Are you passionate about youth safety and well-being? iD Tech, the world's leading summer tech camp program, is seeking dedicated Health Directors to help create a secure and inclusive environment for our young innovators. What You'll Do:
Foster a safe, secure, and inclusive camp environment Manage all aspects of student health, including medication dispensing and documentation Ensure proper supervision ratios and assess risk in camp activities Assist with parent communication and in-classroom support Collaborate with the Camp Director to plan and execute fun, safe camp activities You're Perfect for
This Role If You Have:
Experience in youth supervision, health, nursing, or risk management Strong organizational and communication skills A background in working with kids and teens Impeccable judgment and decision-making abilities
Requirements:
Must be certified in Adult & Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED prior to the first day of work This jurisdiction requires Health Directors to be 25 years of age or older Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel up to 1 mile on campus

This position is eligible for 401(k) once eligibility requirements are met and other benefits, such as paid sick leave, as required by state or local law. Hiring begins 11/1/25 and continues through approximately 5/15/26. The number of available positions diminishes further into our hiring season. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable state and local laws, including but not limited to the LA FCO and the CA Fair Chance Act. This position involves the supervision and care of minors and as such a criminal history may have a direct, adverse, and negative relationship which may result in the withdrawal of conditional job offers.
