Dutzel's Hospitality is looking for a motivated, reliable, and energetic leader to join our kitchen staff immediately for the 2026 summer season. Job Summary Our summer camp hospitality division is seeking one Seasonal Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations at Camp Arrowhead in Marshfield . We are looking for a dedicated leader who can start as soon as possible to oversee our daily meal service, ensuring it is efficient, safe, and exceeds expectations for campers and staff alike.
What You'll Do Lead Operations:
Take full responsibility for daily kitchen operations and food production for large-scale camp meals.
Direct Leadership:
Supervise the kitchen crew, coordinate production lists, and serve as the primary point of contact between camp leadership and the kitchen staff.
Quality Control:
Maintain high food quality, oversee proper portioning, and ensure strict adherence to set menus.
Logistics & Inventory:
Monitor inventory, check in deliveries, and communicate shortages or issues with the Food Service Director.
Safety Standards:
Uphold rigorous sanitation, food safety, and health department standards, including proper labeling and FIFO rotation.
Dietary Care:
Oversee dietary accommodations and allergen protocols to ensure a safe experience for every camper.
Efficiency:
Work closely with camp staff to ensure all meals are prepared and served on time.
What We Are Looking For Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background check .
Immediate Availability:
Ready to start right away to hit the ground running for the season.
Strong Leadership:
Proven experience managing a team and the ability to make decisive calls under pressure.

A professional who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments.
Reliability:
