Summer Camp Lifeguard - East Otis, MA

This is not your typical lifeguard job. Instead of sitting in a chair all day, you'll be an active, valued member of our camp community —helping lead activities, supporting campers, and bringing energy to the waterfront. Every day is different, and flexible scheduling makes it easy to fit this role into your summer plans. As a Waterfront Lifeguard, you'll help girls build confidence, make friends, and discover their strengths while creating safe, fun, age‑appropriate water experiences. You'll work closely with our all‑camp team to deliver a positive, enriching, and inclusive environment for every camper.
