Summer Camp Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, high-energy people to join our summer camp team! More than anything, we want staff who genuinely enjoy being around kids, bring positive energy every day, and know how to make camp FUN. If you are playful, responsible, encouraging, and love creating memorable experiences for children, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Supervise and engage with campers throughout the day while helping create a safe and welcoming environment Lead games, outdoor activities, arts & crafts, sports, and other camp fun Encourage campers, build confidence, and help every child feel included Bring excitement, positivity, and creativity to daily activities Work as part of a supportive, energetic team Communicate with fellow staff professionally and kindly Help maintain a structured environment while still making camp feel exciting and joyful Follow all camp safety procedures and provide basic first aid if needed Who We're Looking For Our ideal camp counselor is: KIND and patient with children ENERGETIC and positive FUN, playful, and engaging Responsible and dependable A team player with a great attitude Comfortable leading groups of kids and keeping them engaged Experience working with children through babysitting, daycare, coaching, camps, tutoring, or similar roles is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right people with great attitudes and strong character. First aid certification is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us?
