Job Details Temporary $625 - $715 a week 3 days ago Qualifications French CPR Certification First aid High school diploma or GED Working with children First Aid Certification Safe environment creation Chinese Italian Communication skills German Entry level Camp Full Job Description We are looking for FUN, energetic and strong leadership-driven Camp Staff to join our team at the 2026 MLI-Annex Youth Summer Camp at UCLA for 1-5 weeks between July 12th and August 15th. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a variety of daytime excursions and nighttime activities for international pre-teens and teens coming to Los Angeles to study English as a Second Language. From museum visits to theme park outings, and on-campus games to mixers, you will help create memorable experiences that complement our ESL curriculum and enrich the students' cultural immersion.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate engaging activities and excursions that cater to the interests and preferences of our diverse student population. Lead sightseeing tours, cultural outings, and recreational activities both on and off campus. Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all activities and outings. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and interaction. Assist with program evaluation and feedback collection to continuously improve the student experience.

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for working with international students and promoting cultural exchange. Experience working with youth in camp or recreational settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and last-minute adjustments. Bilingual in Chinese, French, German, Italian or Turkish is a plus High school diploma. CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.

Compensation:

A flat rate of $625.00/wk - $715/wk for up to 40 hours of work A shared dorm room at UCLA and three meals a day are provided (except during theme park outings).
