General Manager Position Overview The Summer Camp Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily camp operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-energy experience for all campers. This role leads camp counselors, coordinates activities, maintains safety standards, and delivers exceptional guest service to campers and their families. Key Responsibilities Camp Operations & Leadership Supervise and lead a team of camp counselors and support staff Plan, organize, and execute daily camp schedules and activities Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes for campers Maintain a fun, inclusive, and structured camp environment Guest Experience Provide excellent customer service to parents and campers Address parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally Create a memorable and positive experience that encourages repeat visits Safety & Compliance Enforce all safety rules and company policies at all times Ensure proper camper supervision and staff-to-camper ratios Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies Maintain cleanliness and organization of camp areas Staff Training & Development Train, coach, and motivate camp counselors Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback Lead daily team briefings and communicate expectations clearly Activity Coordination Lead and participate in activities such as trampolines, games, and group events Adapt activities based on age groups and participation levels Ensure all equipment is used safely and appropriately Qualifications Previous experience in childcare, camps, recreation, or hospitality preferred Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy, positive attitude, and ability to engage with children Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work flexible hours on weekdays Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Comfortable working in an active, indoor entertainment environment Why Join Launch Lewisville?
