Your Key Responsibilities The Summer Help will play a crucial role in supporting our production operations. This position is perfect for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while earning extra income over the summer months. Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information Check production status within and in between each production sequence and taking action in case of deviations Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts and follow proper protocol Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Your Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment Good visual acuity Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
