We are currently hiring for a full-time or part-time position, Monday-Friday. This is a great summer opportunity for high school or college students (18 or older) looking to gain experience working with young children in a fun, supportive, and positive environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys creating a nurturing, engaging space where children can learn and thrive. Responsibilities Assist in implementing fun, age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities Help maintain a safe, organized, and inviting learning environment Support children's social, emotional, and educational development Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive classroom atmosphere Communicate professionally with families and team members Ideal Candidates Kind, joyful, patient, and high-energy Professional and dependable Child-centered in their philosophy of learning and development Respectful of children's ability to think, explore, and learn independently Organized and able to support classroom routines effectively Current in CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens training, or willing to obtain Have a cleared TB test Meet, or are willing to meet, Washington State MERIT training requirements Benefits Paid holidays Paid sick time Supportive and welcoming team environment Valuable hands-on experience in early childhood education We would love to meet individuals who are enthusiastic about working with young children and becoming part of our school community this summer!
