Summer Help - Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support construction, maintenance, and other labor-intensive projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as directed, following safety protocols at all times. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing basic maintenance. Experience Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with construction tools and safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
