Description
Assist with physical inventory review of stored samples and reconciliation to Freezerworks
Review completed study contracts to confirm sample storage terms and billing conditions
Help prioritize studies with high sample volumes or expired/missing storage terms
Support preparation and tracking of client communications related to storage status
Provide data and documentation support for storage fee billing where contractually permitted
Assist in documenting and recommending preventative controls (e.g., contract expiration alerts) Deliverables Inventory and contract alignment summary
Prioritized list of studies requiring action
Identified storage billing opportunities and risks
Recommendations for process improvements and controls What you will gain Hands-on exposure to how financial controls, contract terms, and operational data directly impact revenue and margin

An understanding of preventative financial controls, including contract expiration tracking and process improvements to support long-term financial health
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Operations, or related field)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with Excel and data tracking tools
Ability to review contracts and system records with guidance
