Summer Maintenance Worker

We are looking for dependable and hardworking summer help to assist with property maintnance and outdoor upkeep. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping properties clean and well-maintained. Hours may vary based on workload, weather and seasonal help. Opportunity for additional hours may be available. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:

Window cleaning Lawn mowing and trimming Gardening and flower planting Laying mulch General yard upkeep Collecting debris and trash Basic outdoor maintenance tasks Assisting with property appearance and cleanliness

Requirements:

Must be 16 years of age or older Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor Dependable and punctual Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is helpful but not required

Schedule:

Part Time to Full-Time Seasonal/Summer position

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour
