Lindencroft is a group home treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Work life balance! Following the summer, there could be an opportunity to become a permanent member of our team. Compensation The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Schedules Offered:

Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday - Saturday Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated. Learn about our mission. Period of time for orientation; specific to the site and individuals-served. Shadow experienced staff members. Get First Aid, CPR, and physical intervention training. Develop your skills in providing enriching daily activities for our students such as arts and crafts, recreational activities including offsite field trips, and more! Learn how to create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting our clients in developing effective coping strategies. Learn to work as an integral part of an active and engaged team.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Be able to establish clear professional boundaries, work as a team member and consistently implement all policies and procedures, rules and regulations of JRI.
