• Seasonal Fish Window Cleaning of Metro East IL is Hiring for Summer We're seeking a motivated and personable Summer Sales Associate to join our window cleaning team for the season.

As the largest and best window cleaning company in the area, you'll have a compelling value proposition to share with prospective customers — including a free estimate.

Typical Summer Schedule:

Monday-Friday, daytime hours Key Responsibilities Meet with local business owners to provide window cleaning estimates. Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers in person and over the phone Organize and track prospects, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure consistent pipeline activity What Fish Window Cleaning Provides On-the-job training and coaching No evening, overnight, or holiday shifts required Commission and performance bonuses Uniforms provided Who You Are Energetic, self-motivated, and reliable Comfortable speaking with customers and building rapport Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments Great communication and organizational skills Ideal Background (summer-friendly) Students, recent graduates, or seasonal workers looking for short-term or seasonal roles Experience in sales, client acquisition, construction-related services, warehouse roles, customer service, retail, hospitality, or food service is a plus but not required. Performance Metrics (for you and the team) Lead conversion rate Weekly sales targets and activity benchmarks (calls, emails, appointments) Customer satisfaction and follow-up cadence Attendance and reliability during the summer term
