Jun 8, 2026 Job Description Summer School Math Teacher DCPS is seeking collaborative instructional leaders who are dedicated to working as a team to strengthen instruction and improve student outcomes. Literacy Academy will utilize Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH) a DCPS-approved provider of high-quality instructional materials. Cross-curricular connections to math, science and history will be embedded with student activities and experiences. Please use this form to complete an application for teaching and support staff positions for summer school. Final employment status will be based upon student enrollment numbers. Dates June 8, 2026 - June 25, 2026 (3 weeks) July 6, 2026 - July 23, 2026 (3 weeks)
Summer School Work Day:
June 1, 2026
Monday-Thursday DMS Hours:
7:30-11:30am (
Teacher Hours:
7:15-11:45)
Class Size:
10 students per class
