Sunroom Installer 10095 Hickman Court, Clive, IA 50325 $100,000 a year - Full-time $100,000 a year - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled craftsman that can lead a small team in constructing Pergolas, Patio Covers, Power screens, Screen Rooms, and Sunrooms. We are a small company that's looking for someone who cares deeply about the quality of the product that they build. We will invest in you by providing job training and bi-annually paid trips to Michigan for further training classes. This position is for someone who is a natural leader and enjoys working outside. The pay and benefits are much higher then the industry standard but so are the quality expectations. The follows skills are required for this positions (Non-negotiable) - Expert in caulking seems, cracks , and in-between walls. Will not be added on without showing high proficiency in caulking. -Systematic builder. As a team leader you will need to ensure everyone is measuring, cutting, fastening, etc. correctly and consistently. We are looking for someone who is a high producer themselves but can also lead others and give them guidance to contribute as well. -Perfectionist. We build high end products and many customers are high income home owners that expect the very best product this means that the details matter and the craftmanship needs to high quality.
