Superintendent - Heavy Civil - Excavation, Grading

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a reputable contractor specializing in commercial and residential excavation and grading. This is a long-term opportunity with steady local projects across the Kansas City area.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily field operations and crews across excavation, grading, and mining projects
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with plans and specs
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Lead jobsite communication with project managers, inspectors, and clients
• Enforce safety protocols and company standards on all job sites

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in excavation and grading construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and manage schedules
• Familiarity with local codes and industry best practices
• A reliable and organized team leader who takes pride in quality work
