Prewitt, NM A growing manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in paper mill and paper machine operations. This position will oversee daily production activities, support continuous improvement efforts, and lead teams in achieving safety, quality, and performance goals. Minimum of 8 years of experience in paper mill operations with hands-on paper machine experience required Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing or mill environment Promote and maintain a strong safety-focused culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA and workplace standards Oversee production operations to improve efficiency, reduce waste, control costs, and maximize equipment uptime Partner with maintenance and reliability teams to reduce downtime and improve overall machine performance Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, audits, operational procedures, and documentation requirements Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions Train, coach, and develop supervisors and production teams while maintaining accountability for performance Strong understanding of production systems, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives Ability to troubleshoot operational issues, lead teams effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
