Lead Superintendent - Premium Healthcare Construction Oceanview Building Group | South Florida Oceanview Building Group is a growing healthcare-focused general contractor specializing in premium medical, dental, cosmetic, and surgical interior projects throughout South Florida. We are looking for a Lead Superintendent who can take ownership in the field, keep projects moving, maintain high standards, and help us continue building a strong reputation in the healthcare construction industry. This is not a "babysit the site" role. We are looking for someone who leads from the front, holds subcontractors accountable, solves problems quickly, and takes pride in delivering organized, high-level projects. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedule Prepare for inspections and project closeouts Maintain organized, clean, professional jobsites Identify and solve problems proactively Communicate daily progress and field conditions Work closely with project management and ownership Requirements Commercial interior construction experience Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, proactive, and accountable Ability to manage schedule and subcontractor coordination Healthcare construction experience is a plus We value leadership, professionalism, urgency, and strong execution.
