Job Description:
We're working with a rapidly growing general contractor in Georgia that is expanding its water and wastewater division. They are seeking a mid-level Superintendent to join the team and play a key role in delivering one of several treatment plant projects currently under contract. This is a hands-on field leadership position responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to specification. The role offers strong growth potential as the company continues to build out its presence in the water/wastewater market. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in heavy civil or utility construction, with a strong background in water/wastewater treatment plant projects. Experience coordinating schedules, managing site logistics, and maintaining safety and quality standards is essential.
Compensation:
$140,000 - $180,000 base salary + full benefits package
