Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Contract A 13-week contract opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager at a 90-bed long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital near Fontana, CA. This role offers the possibility to transition to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will possess a valid California Pharmacist license and prior pharmacy management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy department operations, including staff supervision, work schedules, and assignments. Serve as a pharmacist, performing dispensing and clinical duties in compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement systems to ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, performance improvement, and efficient staff workflows. Provide guidance and resources for staff education, orientation, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, day shifts

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

California Pharmacist license is required. Proven pharmacy management experience, preferably in a hospital or LTAC setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a pharmacy team. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance practices.
