Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Contract A leadership role is available for a Pharmacy Manager to oversee and guide pharmacy operations within a 90-bed long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital setting. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensuring top-quality pharmaceutical care and regulatory compliance.

Ontario, California Assignment Details:
Contract position with an ASAP start
Duration:
13 weeks, with potential temp-to-hire opportunity
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, day shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily pharmacy department activities and manage staff schedules and assignments Perform pharmacist duties including dispensing medications and providing clinical support Develop and maintain systems for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, performance improvement, and efficient workflow Provide ongoing education, orientation, and guidance to pharmacy staff on standard operating procedures and best practices
Desired Qualifications:
Active California pharmacist license Proven management experience within a pharmacy setting Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively support and develop staff This contract role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a specialized healthcare environment.
