Lead and Empower Your Team:

Direct daily staffing operations, providing the coaching and performance mentorship necessary to cultivate a high-performing clinical environment.

Orchestrate Holistic Patient Care:

Collaborate seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams to synchronize care delivery, ensuring every patient achieves their optimal recovery outcomes.

Master Operational Flow:

Oversee the critical intersection of admissions, customer service, and case management to maintain a fluid, compliant, and patient-centered facility.

Step into direct patient care and evaluation when needed, modeling best-in-class treatment standards and supporting your team during peak census periods. What minimum qualifications you'll need One or more of the following required: Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date . Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Psychologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board obtained prior to hire date

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Master's Degree, Degree in psychology, health psychology, counseling, social work, occupational therapy, nursing or other related field required.
