Job Description Who we are:

What you will be doing:

Coordinate and implement training and support to all new and existing staff on all office procedures relating to the department. Prioritize daily assignments/tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and make changes as necessary in accordance with Practice Manager. Communicate with staff about changes to provider schedules, patient appointments, and issues that affect office operation. Monitor staff performance and provide education, training, tools, and support necessary to perform duties. Utilize problem-solving skills to work through staff and office issues and assess when situations need escalation to the Practice Manager. Monitor daily call wait times and address as necessary. Prepare and conduct team meetings regularly. Coordinate monthly department schedule, distribute to the staff, and manage the staff time and attendance function, including approving timecards and paid time off requests. Work with the Practice Manager to address employee performance and corrective action issues. Write and administer annual performance evaluations in conjunction with the Practice Manager. Participate in the interview process of candidates in conjunction with the Practice Manager. Conduct first-level triage and investigation of patient complaints and route to Practice Manager. Deliver exemplary customer service to provide a positive patient experience across the organization. Perform other duties assigned by management. Education And Experience High school or GED required, associate's degree preferred Two to 5 years' experience in a medical office environment. Preferably within service line specialty.
