Job Description

Job Overview Are you a leader who thrives on developing others? We are looking for a Supervisor who leads with insight and responsiveness. You won't just manage tasks; you will champion a strength-based approach that prioritizes the personal and professional development of our program staff. By providing consistent guidance and maintaining program integrity, you create an environment where staff feel supported to do their best work—directly translating to better outcomes for our families and the community. •Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a relevant behavioral science field.•
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision & Support Provide weekly reflective supervision to assigned staff Offer guidance, coaching, crisis support, and problem-solving assistance Maintain supervision documentation and follow-up notes Support staff growth through mentoring and professional development Conduct performance evaluations, field observations, and onboarding support Help maintain a positive team culture and staff morale Program Oversight Monitor staff caseloads, referrals, and service quality Review documentation and ensure timely, accurate paperwork Support quality assurance efforts and case reviews Assist with data collection and program reporting Participate in and support staff meetings Family Check-Up (FCU) Model Oversight Support staff implementation of the Family Check-Up model Ensure staff follow required program phases and practices Review assessments, sessions, and feedback summaries for quality and fidelity Provide coaching around Motivational Interviewing and family engagement Participate in fidelity review processes as needed Family Services Support Ensure services remain family-centered, strength-based, and supportive Support staff in helping families set meaningful and achievable goals Assist staff in addressing barriers to engagement and participation Ensure services effectively support families from prenatal through age 18 Training & Professional Development Identify training and learning opportunities for staff Support ongoing skill development and reflective practice Help staff build professional goals aligned with program expectations Additional Duties Assist the Program Manager as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications /
Skills:
Prior supervisory experience in human services or related fields. Experience in home visiting with a strong background in prevention services Experience with family services that embrace the concepts of family-centered and strength-based service provision Ability to apply a strength-based leadership style to motivate staff and sustain team well-being, even when navigating stressful or complex service environments. Experience with reflective practice preferred Knowledge of Infant and Child Development and parent-child attachment
