Field Supervisor (Foreman) -

Concrete Construction Location:

Minot, ND (On-site)

Pay:

$1,500 - $3,500 per week

Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Seasonal About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Field Supervisor (Foreman) to support a growing concrete flatwork and finishing operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage projects in the field, support crews, and ensure high-quality execution from start to finish. This is a flexible, seasonal opportunity with the potential for part-time or full-time work depending on project load and experience. What You'll Do Project Management Plan staffing needs and allocate materials and equipment Execute and maintain project schedules and performance standards Field Operations Work hands-on with crews to complete concrete forming and finishing work Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and operating efficiently Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes Coordination & Oversight Partner with leadership to ensure projects stay on budget and meet specifications Track job progress and maintain basic project documentation Client & Team Collaboration Support existing customer relationships Collaborate with leadership on upcoming work and potential new business opportunities

What We're Looking For Required:

Concrete construction experience (forming & finishing) Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations Strong understanding of construction project workflows Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style Solid communication and organizational skills Basic comfort with tools like Google Workspace or similar systems (preferred) Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to work on-site in Minot, ND Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance available)

Additional Details Schedule:

30-60 hours per week depending on workload
