We are looking to hire a Home Health Supervisor As a Home Health Supervisor at MercyOne, you will Provide Provides for the overall leadership and supervision of nursing and health aide personnel. Ensures adherence to standards established by the organization and in accordance with community health standards, IA Nurse Practice Act, State, Federal and Local regulations governing Home Health Care. Responsible for the clinical practice skills, clinical growth and the development of critical thinking skills in the personnel reporting to them. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field OF Study:

Nursing Special Training:

OASIS Certification within 1 year.

CPR Training Preferred:

Preceptor experience Licensures/Registration Registered Nurse in Iowa & Illinois, Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance-Genesis minimum limits required.
