In this position, you will advise and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise, direct and train a team of highly motivated Technicians. Assist the Chief Engineer with special projects. Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common area and associated equipment systems throughout the property. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors and related facility equipment Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems. Record and maintain various logs and preventative maintenance records. Monitor team member efficiency, quality and guest response May be required to do other duties and special projects assigned by the Chief Engineer.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience accepted. 3 years of building and/or property maintenance. EPA, OSHA, and CPO Certifications preferred. Valid Driver's License. Proficient with technology for reporting and work requests.
