What We're Looking For The Supervisor Operations manages the day-to-day execution of Zebra's manufacturing, distribution or repair businesses, with direct oversight and accountability for the people, productivity, safety, quality and other KPIS with the associated business / site. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manages up to 35 employees and / or contract workers in an operational area. Is directly responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, performance and engagement of the staff. Assigns daily work, monitors progress, engages to resolve obstacles to ensure KPIS are met. Collaborates with peers across shifts and functions to support optimized performance across the site / business Intentionally engages to drive a culture of belonging, development, safely, continuous improvement and high performance Models Zebra's culture and values for the teams they lead. Compiles and analyzes operational data. Prepares reports for leadership that include proposals to address performance gaps in the team. Evaluates performance of subordinates, provides coaching and feedback to support success. Conducts performance appraisals and determines pay increases for direct reports in alignment with Zebra's philosophies and practices. Partners with Human Resources to recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges and discipline. Participates or leads projects as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience in a related industry Minimum Work Experience (years) 6-9 years' experience including minimum 1 year as team lead /supervisor Key Skills And Competencies Effective written and verbal communication skills Must possess strong problem solving, decision-making and analytical skills. Pay Range $76,640.00 - $114,960.00 Annual Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
