Position Duties/Responsibilities You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, along with adjusting short-term priorities. You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings, as well as giving advice/counsel to employees on both work and administrative matters. You will ensure sound fiscal management by observing and ing position management and classification principles, along with forecasting budgets and providing information to higher level management. You will support test programs in developing and executing data management plans to ensure efficient and effective test and evaluation execution. You will plan and manage team assets to include personnel, processes, and facilities as well as negotiating with program managers and team leaders to assign capable resources for specific projects.
