: Applicants must have least 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience to the next lower pay broadband (NH-02), equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-11) or equivalent in the Federal Service. This role involves developing local safety instructions, conducting periodic facility inspections, and evaluing complex, unconventional safety problems to implement effective hazard controls. You will serve as a crucial advisor to key commanders on weapons transportion, storage, and handling operions, while also reviewing explosive site plans and construction projects for strict regulory compliance. Furthermore, you will direct technical safety training for installion personnel, serve on formal investigive boards for safety mishaps, and represent the Weapon Safety Division to maintain strong, effective working relionships across a wide variety of internal and external organizions.OR EDUCATION
Applicant must have Undergradue or Gradue Educion in the major coarse of study -- safety or occupional health fields (safety, occupional health, industrial hygiene), or degree in other reled fields th included or was supplemented by least 24 semester hours of study from among the following (or closely reled) disciplines: safety, occupional health, industrial hygiene, occupional medicine, toxicology, public health, mhemics, physics, chemistry, biological sciences, engineering, and industrial psychology.Ideal Candide:

Knowledge of complex weapons safety principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulions, and current legislive issues as they rele to the military installion weapons safety program; the requirements, methods, and techniques of accident/mishap investigion, analysis, resolution of safety problems, and formal reporting procedures; and risk assessment methods and techniques for evaluion of weapons safety practices an risks. 2. Knowledge of basic weapons safety and weapons handling standards, methods, practices, techniques, merials, and equipment to determine compliance with regulions and standards. 3. Knowledge of standard training techniques, methods, and merials sufficient to develop and present formal weapons safety training and instructional sessions. 4.
