Supplemental/CoachingPosition Summary:
Alliance City Schools is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Girls Soccer Coach. The coach will be responsible for leading, teaching, and mentoring student-athletes while promoting the values of teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and academic achievement.Key Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee all aspects of the girls soccer program. Plan and conduct effective practices focused on skill development, conditioning, and team strategies. Teach and model good sportsmanship, respect, and positive character on and off the court. Supervise student-athletes at all practices, games, and team events. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, school staff, and administration. Ensure compliance with school, district, and OHSAA rules and regulations. Collaborate with the high school and youth coaching staff to support program alignment and development.Qualifications:
Prior coaching or playing experience in soccer preferred. Ability to build positive relationships with high school student-athletes. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must meet all requirements for coaching as outlined by the Ohio Department of Education and OHSAA (including Pupil Activity Permit, CPR/First Aid, Concussion Training, etc.).Compensation:
