Supplemental Coordinator The Supplemental Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing supplemental medical report requests for physicians, attorneys, and insurance companies. This role requires strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills to ensure all reports are completed accurately and within required deadlines. Key Responsibilities Review and process incoming supplemental medical report requests Identify the specific type of supplemental medical report required Determine and track report turnaround times and due dates (typically within 60 days) Manage a high volume of report orders and requests Coordinate with physicians, attorneys, and insurance companies to obtain and submit required documentation Process and route documents through internal database systems and external parties Maintain accurate logs, records, and status updates for all requests Name, organize, and attach appropriate supporting documentation to each report Ensure all requests are completed accurately and submitted by required deadlines Perform detailed data entry and maintain organized records Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in a back office, medical office, or physician reporting environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with database systems and document management software Proficient in: ShareFile SharePoint Quickbase Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office Suite Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills, including tracking dates and report due dates Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and technical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in data entry required Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Pay $19-$21 DOE KPG123
