Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Associate to support end-to-end supply chain activities including order processing, invoicing, logistics coordination, and SAP transactions. This role acts as a key link between customers, internal teams, and third-party manufacturing and distribution partners in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities Manage order entry, order processing, and invoicing in SAP Coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments Prepare and validate shipping and export documentation (BOL, commercial invoices, packing lists) Support import/export compliance and assist with customs documentation Resolve order, shipment, and invoice discrepancies with internal teams and vendors Process supplier invoices and follow up on pricing/payment issues Maintain accurate records to ensure audit readiness and data integrity Run operational reports and support month-end financial activities Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, QC, and external partners Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and company policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or order management Hands-on experience with SAP (APO/ECC preferred) or similar ERP systems Experience with order processing, invoicing, and shipment coordination Knowledge of import/export processes, customs, and trade compliance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) Experience working in a multinational supply chain environment
